West Homes Australia was founded by Peter Chiavaroli in 1972. Now with more than 3,000 homes and units to its credit, the company has expanded its expertise so that it also has an enviable record of building some of the finest medium and low density residential developments in the inner and middle suburbs of Melbourne.

Tradition and family are twin hallmarks of West Homes. Leigh Chiavaroli is the principal of Abbott & Dean Real Estate, one of the conjuctional agents appointed to Pentridge Village.

Damian Chiavaroli has also joined the team at West Homes, acting in an accounting/administrative role and reinforcing the family-oriented philosophy.
